Hello and welcome. Perhaps you are here because you are experiencing challenges, because you feel stuck, or because life has taken an unexpected turn. We all need someone to talk to from time to time to work through these moments so we can feel like we are moving forward. Feeling understood is something we all deserve. In counselling with me, you will feel safe, heard, valued, and fully supported in your process.
About me and my practice
Struggling with your mental health can make life feel incredibly heavy.
Whether you are feeling completely tied up in knots by your own thoughts, or you just have a lingering sense that something is holding you back, you dont have to untangle it alone.
Sometimes you know exactly why you feel this way; sometimes you dont. Both are entirely okay. Counselling is a dedicated space to explore those very reasons, allowing you to step out of the daily noise and simply be present.
How I can support you:
Navigating Life's Heavy Phases: Providing strategies to combat stress, depression, anxiety, or the deep ache of a recent loss.
Exploring Neurodivergence: If you are neurodivergentor think you might bewe can explore this together in a completely validating environment.
Understanding Relationships: Talking through difficult experiences, patterns, and what you truly need from your life and connections.
Why work with me?
I am a mum of three (one grown, one growing, and one with four legs!). Counselling was a vocational calling for me, shaped by my own lived experiences of being humanfrom heartache, loss, and illness, to joy and wonder.
My friends describe me as warm and supportive with a great sense of humour. I bring that realness into the therapy room. I hold no judgment for whatever you bring to the table, and while our work is deeply professional, I want it to feel as safe, comfortable, and grounded as sharing a quiet cup of tea with someone who truly sees you.
Your Next Step
